Shipping Chocolate
Delivering chocolate to you as fresh as possible requires special attention. We strongly suggest using a business address to receive shipments of chocolate. We cannot be responsible for chocolate left outside upon delivery. Because chocolate is temperature-sensitive, and shipments tend to be processed through multiple shipping hubs before reaching its final destination, we have a few shipping conditions that apply to all orders:
- 1. In general, shipping is scheduled for delivery Monday through Saturday and not on Sunday or any holidays. Please do NOT select a delivery date for a Sunday or a holiday.
- 2. Saturday deliveries will incur an additional $20.00 charge.
- 3. For orders placed after 1 p.m. Mountain Time on Friday, or any time on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be fulfilled on Monday.
- 4. Our standard shipping is 2nd Day Air within the US. You may upgrade to Next Day shipping for an additional fee. Or you may select Ground Shipping in the cool weather months in the US, November 1 to March 14, in select states (see below).
- 5. During the warm weather months in the US - March 15 to October 31 - there is an additional fee for the cooling materials added to the shipping container as follows:
- Orders under $15 – add $3
- Orders between $15 and $50 – add $4
- Orders between $51 and $100 – add $6
- Orders over $100 – add 7% of total charge
- 6. Please allow 2-3 extra business days when ordering for shipping between December 15 and December 24.
- 7. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped via 2-day or 1-day Express service.
- 8. All international addresses as well as Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands involve additional charges. Please use the contact form here for international ordering.
- 9. We are unable to offer shipping to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please accept our apologies.
- 10. Bravio is not responsible for orders returned to us due to invalid addresses.

Bravio will not share your email address or any ordering information with anyone outside of our organization. Your email address is used for product information, order confirmation and shipping notification only. No credit card data will be stored on our servers in any manner, and we have implemented PCI-compliant procedures to insure optimal data security.
